案例背景3D打印作为一项新技术,为制造业提供了一项新的加工手段。3D打印凭借“增材制造”的原理,非常适合生产复杂结构的产品。该案例中的产品就是3D打印好的某结构火箭筒模型,通过对被测物的扫描和检测,能够指导生产厂商在进行3D打印时进一步优化打印参数,提升产品的质量。使用设备XTOM-MATRIX-5M三维光学面扫描系统测量过程对被测物表面进行处理,喷涂显像剂,粘贴标志点,将其置于工作台。使用XTOM-MATRIX-5M进行扫描,自动完成数据拼接。将扫描后的数据与设计模型在Geomagic Qualify软件进行对比,设置对应的公差,即可得到相应的检测结果,在关键位置进行截线,即可对截面偏差进行检测和分析,最终输出检测报告。难点分析很多深孔、深槽、复杂结构较多测量结果
